SinoBright Clean Oil Technologies Co., Ltd (Sinobright) is an independent legal entity closely associated with PetroChina. And its subsidiary SinoBright Petrochem Technologies Ltd assonated with Sinopec. SinoBright was incorporated on basis of PRITA Petrochem Inc., Which was established in 1994, specializing in oil Technology development and in the domestic distribution and international trade of various petrochemical products and development of high-tech of new alternative energy in order to adapt us to the new situation of the State’s Sustaining Development Strategy.

In order to meet the development strategy of “going to Outside of China”, raised by the State, the company assisted its brother companies developing the first biodiesel Plant in Hong Kong, and moving the existing small and midsized oil refineries in China to South East Asia for opening oil Industries in those Countries like Laos and Vietnam.

In order to develop new energy, the company is also working together with its technology partner in Canada as well as its partners in Inner Mongolia in North East China to research and develop the mining and seperation technology of oil sands, which is significant to the oil supply for the future of China.

In terms of trade, we are mainly involved in the following lines:

1.  Oil products: gas oil, kerosene, gasoline, naphtha, VGO, heavy Oil etc;

2.  Petrochemical products: benzene category, propylene, butadiene, methanol,  isphenol A, MTBE etc

   3.  Chemical fertilizers: urea, DAP. etc.

SinoBright is registered in the Development Zone of Science and High-tech in Zhongguancun, Beijing and is approved to be a new high-tech enterprise By the Science & Technology Committee of Beijing. It is dedicated to exploiting and developing of several new environment-friendly energy resources such as emulsified gas oil, emulsified heavy oil and biodiesel. Since May 2002,we set up a special organization in cooperation with well-known companies both at home and abroad, to develop invest and market of emulsified gas oil, emulsified heavy oil and biodiesel etc.

The company is consisted of Int’l Department, Home Department, Technology Department, Finance Department as well as offices for Biodiesel, Emufuel, Oil sands Projects development.

•  Mr. Yang Xuefeng, Chairman of Board

Mr Yang graduated from Beijing Petroleum University, is a Senior Engineer and Senior Economist. He ever worked as the President of Fushun Petrochemical No 1 Plant, then served as the deputy director of Production Dept, Planning Dept of Sinopec. Now he is the independent Director of Sinopec Yanshan PetroChemical Co., Ltd. Mr. Yang has rich experiences in project planning and management of petrochemical company.

•  Mr. Jack Z.Y. Ding, President

Mr. Ding graduated from the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing. He was sent by the state to Princeton University in New Jersy of US for studying international economics in early 1980’s. After returning home, he was appointed as the deputy secretary-general of China Association for Int’l Contacts in charge of American-European affairs. He was moved to China’s oil industry system 10 years ago and appointed as president/vice president for 3 companies under the flag of PetroChina, enriching his knowledge and experience for oil trade and oil projects sponsorship and development.

•  Mr. Shen Shimin, Chief Engineer

Mr. Shen used to be the director of Refining Dept of Sinopec And Additives Dept of Sinopec. The State Council ranks him as a refining specialist with outstanding and special contribution to the State.
